The team is very knowledgeable on food produce and wine matching, and their paddock to plate ethos ensures the freshest quality ingredients are sourced directly from the supplier to eliminate the middle man. This has been a long-standing tradition since the venue opened many years ago on Queen Street Mall and continues to be the reason that Milano has had a consistently loyal customer base throughout the years.
