Step inside the colourful, and spicy world of Naga Thai Head Chef Suwisa Phoonsang for an exclusive 8 Course Degustation on Wednesday 18th May. Suwisa’s menu pays homage to both Bangkok and the northern village of her upbringing with a balanced mash-up of freshness, spices, heat and herbs, all with a focus on quality Aussie produce and seafood.

Tickets are $89pp and include: 

  • Hiramasa King Fish Crudo
  • Watermelon, Finger Lime, Chilli Infused Oil, Herbs Served with
  • House-made Crispy Fish Cracker (GF)
  • Hamachi Mini Tacos – Avocado Mousse, Coconut, Sour Cream, White Shallot, Cilantro, Ginger & Lime Oil (GF)
  • Choo Chee Curry En Papillote – Oven-baked Rainbow Trout, Choo Chee Curry, Pickled Pineapple Mousse, Fresh Coconut, Herbs (GF)
  • Moo Yang – Char-Grilled Free-Range Borrowdale Pork, Roast Fennel Seed, served with Smoked Tomato Relish (GF)
  • Yum Tang Mo – Watermelon, Crispy Tea-Smoked Salmon, Fried Shallot, Roast Galanga & Pomegranate Vinaigrette (GF)
  • Baked Taro and Coconut Cheesecake, Served with Roast Coconut Ice-Cream

Head Chef Suwisa draws on her childhood memories, delivering a menu inspired by family recipes. She’s not shy on the ginger, garlic, tamarind, turmeric, as well as herbs. Big, bold, balanced, and flavourful – the way it should be.
